Abstract

A REVIEW ARTICLE TO STUDY IMPORTANCE OF LIFE STYLE IN DIABETIC RETINOPATHY

ABSTRACT

Diabetic retinopathy may caused by various factors. It is an eye disease that affect the people who having diabetes. It develops when increase blood sugar level affect the tiny blood vessels in the retina and damage retinal blood vessels. To avoid this we have to follow proper healthy lifestyle including healthy diet. It also help in preventing the complications of diabetic retinopathy. In Ayurveda as a quality approach towards the management of diabetic retinopathy which control blood sugar levels and Complications of diabetic retinopathy. It including various factor to control diabetic retinopathy like yoga, exercise, dinacharya, rutucharya etc.
