ABSTRACT
Niosomes are a novel drug system, in which the medication is encapsu-lated in a vesicle. the vesicle is composed of a bilayer of non-ionic sur-factants. Niosomes are mostly system of cancer, used as a carrier in haemoglobin, delivery of the peptide drugs through oral route, in treatment of the leishmaniasis in opthalamic delivery. This review arti-cle focuses on the composition ,advantages preffered than liposomes because they are stable and cost effective. Niosomes potentiate the pharmacological action of the clearance of the drug from biological environment and restricting the effects only to the target cells. In novel
drug delivery of it has applications on treatment, types review of niosomes methods of prepa-ration characterization and application of the vesicular.
