ABSTRACT

Concept of Vayahsthapan is burning demand of today‟s generation, everyone want to looks young, healthy and delayed their ageing effect. For these type issue, everyone believes on Ayurveda. In Ayurveda for anti ageing effect Charaka giving the description of Vayhasthapan Dashemani[1] but not described the any specific dosage form for this. In ayurveda the dosage form like Churna, Avleha, Asava-Arista etc are described But palatability of Ayurvedic medicine is a burning problem among new generation. Sometimes Churna etc Ayurvedic dosage forms are avoided by many because of its bitter taste, there is need to develop a palatable and suitable dosage form. Sharkara Kalpana is an Ayurvedic oral liquid dosage form which is most palatable among different types of dosage forms.
