A REVIEW ON ANALYTICAL METHODS FOR QUANTIFICATION OF MIRABEGRON

ABSTRACT

Mirabegron A survey of analytical techniques for determination of Mirabegron. It is in a class of drugs known as beta 3 Agonist which are used for the treatment of overreactive bladder. Furthermore, the medication has been qualitatively and quantitatively analysed in various delivery system. In this specific situation, a few methodologies were reported focusing in on the advancement of analytical and development of new ones. Most of the published method relied upon High performance liquid chromatography; also, Ultraviolet spectrophotometric, LCMS (Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectroscopy) were utilized for estimation of Mirabegron. This survey presents a summary of techniques utilized in the evaluation of Mirabegron that might give idea to the analysts who are working in the space of analytical research of Mirabegron.
