Abstract

A STUDY ON REASONS FOR IT PROJECT FAILURE AND ITS IMPACT ON COMPANY AND EMPLOYEES

ABSTRACT

This paper is deemed a failure if its outputs do not meet the project's objectives or if it fails to deliver what was expected on time and on budget. Because there are so many variables that might go wrong, it's critical to proceed with caution to avoid creating even more. There is the various reason for the IT project failure in an organization. Unclear objectives, lack of communication between the employer and employees, and poor planning of the IT project will cause the failure of the project. The failure in the IT project will have an impact on the company and the employees. It may cause a lesser in the confidence of the employees and there will be a big loss to the company after the failure of the IT project. It will also damage the reputation of the company. This research is based on the reasons for IT project failure and its impact Company and employees.
