Abstract

TECHNOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF OBTAINING LIPOSOMAL DRUG DELIVERY SYSTEMS

ABSTRACT

The study of technological aspects of obtaining liposomal dosage forms is relevant from the point of view of the increasing use of liposomes for drug delivery. The production of liposomes is a multistage process, which is influenced by many factors: the choice of components of the liposomal membrane, the chemical and physical properties of the drug, methods for grinding multilamellar vesicles and their stabilization. The choice of optimal technological parameters makes it possible to obtain a stable and effective dosage form that combines both the properties of the medicinal substance and the properties of the delivery system.
