UPWARD-DOWN JELLY FISH PHENOMENON OF AD3 SHAMPOO IN WATER AND ASSOCIATED SCIENCE

ABSTRACT

The present research work has brought out a new body of scientific finding called upward-down jelly fish phenomena in shampoo system when the same is dispensed in water and how such pattern can be used to predict the possible antidandruff / conditioning ability of the shampoo system. When the shampoo is dispensed in a beaker of water and allowed to stand for a while, based on the varying degrees of miscibility of agents in the shampoo would start to dissolve and would move upward resulting in least or poorly soluble materials remains in the centre of the inverted bell giving the appearance of upward-down jelly fish. In the present paper, we have given the detailed account of our novel observation and associated efficacy calculation methods.
