SUBJECTIVE ANALYSIS OF KSHUDHA VEGA

ABSTRACT

Ayurveda is an ancient system of medicine for health which enlightens various non-pharmacological methods to prevent diseases and promote health. Some of the important regimes are Dinacharya, Ritucharya, Sadvritta, Achar Rasayan and Pathya-Apathya on Ahaar and Vihar in accordance in accordance with specific diseases, Dharaneeya and Adharaneeya Vegas. There are 13Adharaneeya Vegas mentioned in Charaka Samhita and in this research activity the analysis of signs and symptoms of Kshudha Vega Dharana that is suppression of hunger reflex will be discussed.
