ABSTRACT

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) has no cure, however there are effective treatments to help you manage symptoms. Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are commonly used on a long-term basis by elderly people but Chronic NSAID use raises the risk of peptic ulcer disease, acute renal failure, and stroke/myocardial infarction in older adults. adrenal insufficiency, gastrointestinal, and cardiovascular problems. However Herbal medicines are generally thought to be safe and effective. As a result, people are increasingly turning to herbal medicine believing that plant remedies are free of harmful side effects. Herbal plants have anti-arthritis and anti-inflammatory properties.
