A CONCISE REVIEW ON PHENOXAZINE DERIVATIVES AND ITS BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITIES

ABSTRACT

Phenoxazine have a versatile utility in industrially and pharmacologically. The review covers a various pharmacological activity of phenoxazine derivatives like anticancer, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal, antimalarial, antidepressants and many other drug resistance reversal activities. It also covers a pharmacological application of phenoxazine nucleus and its chemistry, reactivity and illustrating the incorporation of different groups at different positions enhancing its biological applications.
