ABSTRACT

COVID-19 (Coronavirus disease 2019) is a contagious disease. In December 2019, due to a new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) first case of severe acute respiratory syndrome were reported from Wuhan in China. Soon after the disease World Health Organisation (WHO)[1] declared a pandemic and named “the 2019 novel coronavirus disease” has resulted in over 18.9 million confirmed cases and more than 709,000 deaths worldwide.[2]
