ABSTRACT
Clinical tests are of great importance in modern medical science any medical patient trying to diagnose the disease by questioning him, finding out the symptoms of his disease and doing physical examination of the patient. The same doctor can confirm his diagnosis through clinical tests. For diagnosis confirmation in modern medical science, many laboratory tests such as microscopic examination of blood, urine, etc., CAT Scanning, Ultrasound test, ECG. ) and E.E.G. (E. E.G.) etc. are done. When a patient comes to the doctor, the doctor first of all does physical tests. After that, for its confirmation, often feels the need to get the blood, stool-urine etc. tested. This work is done in a medical laboratory. In which diseases, which examination is needed and how much is its importance, how should the test substances
like stool, urine, blood etc. be collected for different examinations and should be sent to the laboratory. Once the diagnosis of the disease is confirmed after laboratory tests, appropriate therapy is started and there is no need to waste time in changing medicines frequently. For example, in an infectious disease, after culture and sensitivity test of blood, urine etc. is done, a certain bacterium and that antibiotic, to which that germ is sensitive, i.e. through whose use its Death ensues. In this way, only antibiotics known by sensitivity test are used instead of using different antibiotics to see their effect and wasting time.
