ABSTRACT
Cosmetic formulations used to improve human appearance have been popular for centuries, and herbal, natural-based cosmetics have recently gained popularity. This increased attention is due to their perception of being non-toxic and safe. In this study, we developed an herbal cream with facial moisturizer, nourishing, lightening, and medicinal benefits that can be used to diagnose a range of skin ailments. The cream was made using the vanishing cream formulation method. First, the oil phase was prepared, followed by the aqueous phase. The aqueous phase was then added to the oil phase while continuously stirring at 700c. After the transfer was completed, it was allowed to cool to room temperature while being stirred at last
rosemary oil was added. The formulation of a face cream was evaluated using various parameters, and it was found that the F2 formulation is satisfied when compared to other formulations. Further research on the cream's stability, patch test, appearance and skin irritation test can be conducted.
