Cumin, cinnamon, brahmi dried powdered were collected from the local area, and mixed with HPMC and starch separately and stored for further use. Tablets were prepared after preformulation studies and tablets were evaluated by using Weight variation, Hardness, Friability, Thickness and Disintegration Time. Prepared granules by wet granulation method were performed preformulation studies based on the preformulation studies powder flow properties are good and Weight variation was for HPMC and starch 399.88mg and 396.75mg respectively. Hardness, for starch was 3.3±0.50 kg/cm2 and HPMC was 3.2 ± 0.14 kg/cm2,
friability for HPMC and starch was 0.06% and 0.03%. Thickness for starch 3±0.5 and for HPMC 3 ± 0.02 mm and Disintegration time for HPMC and starch was 3 ± 0.57 second .and 3 ± 0.45 second are good. At present time, Herbal medicines plays major role in the treatment than allopathic medicines because of less toxicity. Cumin, cinnamon. Brahmi dried powder were used to formulate tablets.
