Nervousness, panic episodes, agitation, and intolerance are more common among women who have been infertile for a long time. Women's psychological well-being is impacted by infertility. All of these variables have a detrimental impact on infertility and exacerbate the situation. Yoga was found to reduce women's distress in a study of 143 women who were infertile.
