ABSTRACT
Anxiety has been shown in several studies to have a deleterious impact on fertility. Nervousness, panic episodes, agitation, and intolerance are more common among women who have been infertile for a long time. Women's psychological well-being is impacted by infertility. All of these variables have a detrimental impact on infertility and exacerbate the situation. Yoga was found to reduce women's distress in a study of 143 women who were infertile. The patient is a 32-year-old lady who was sent to our outpatient clinic for her infertility. Occupational stress was a big contributor to her illness. She has had bilateral polycystic ovarian syndrome for three years. She was instructed to contact our outpatient clinic on a regular basis after receiving informed consent to undergo Yogic therapies for a period of one month. And the patient was conceived after three months of the yogic intervention along with simplified changes in diet.
