ABSTRACT
Phyllanthus emblica extraction had a lot of properties such as anti-oxidation, anti-dark spot and laxative. Gallic acid that is the major chemical in emblica extracts. The study was extracted emblica on ethanol for 1 day and then evaporating corrected final yield for study. The preliminary control extraction by TLC method compares with gallic acid standard, study stability of serum formulation and testing of irritation on volunteers. The results were show the extraction and standardize had Rf 0.46 and 0.45 respectively. The formulation stability not have factors that changed condition all of study and the volunteer not had irritation for test the serum and reducing dark spot
significant to placeable p> 0.01.
