ABSTRACT
A transdermal patch is an adhesive patch with medication applied to the skin to deliver the treatment on the skin to achieve the systematic absorption of the drug at a predetermined amount over a for a long time. Its main benefits include the release of controlled side effects results, improved bioavailability, bypass first-pass metabolism, and much more. There are features as physiochemical and biological affecting transdermal bioavailability medicines. Due to technological advances, many new strategies have received attention iontophoresis, phonophoresis, small electroporation needles, etc. Different types of transdermal patches can be adjusted in a variety of ways. Transdermal patches can be tested interactively courses, wrap endurance, pool
thickness, weight loss, drug content, and in vitro lessons. This review covers common features such as benefits, transdermal preparation methods patches, tests, basic components of the transdermal drug delivery system.
