Abstract

EXTRACTION OF GINGER

ABSTRACT

Ginger has a long history of use in health care in Asian countries, including Vietnam. Internationally, there have been a number of studies conducted to evaluate the anti-cancer activity of ginger energy. In this study, we investigated the cytotoxicity of various ginger root extracts Is produced in a variety of preparations through the human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line (HepG2 cell line). Ultrasonic methods (G5). The extracts were then tested for cytotoxic activity in line of HepG2 hepatocellular carcinoma based on IC50 counts. Many Dynamic extraction was then tested for cytotoxicity by means of Propidium iodide (PI) and microscopic examination by fluorescence microscopy in both 2D and 3D culture conditions. After treatment, the cells are also coated with Annexin-V to test the apoptosis- inducing ability of the extract. The present invention provides a way to prepare ginger extraction. Ginger is used as a raw material, and the burning oil of the ginger fragrance is extracted by a water channel. Way. Cold ginger oil for the part of the ginger flavor is extracted in a centrifugal separation. The excipient is used for granulation, and a strong yellow ginger extract is made.
