A REVIEW ON TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (TQM)

ABSTRACT

Total Quality Management System is considered as a popular concept which is used to managing the quality of the products. It is also use to improve the performance of the business and customer’s satisfaction. Total Quality Management System was integrated into organizational efforts designed to improving the quality at every level. TQM is made up of three words, Total: Involve the entire organizations, Quality: Conformation of the requirements, Management: The system is managing with the different steps like planning, staff, lead, control etc. TQM has taken a strong place in all the sectors and also in process improvement, quality performance and business optimization.
