EFFECTIVE TREATMENT OF MIGRAINE HEADACHE BY USING BUPIVACAINE AT RURAL TERTIARY CARE HOSPITAL OF CENTRAL INDIA- A CASE REPORT

ABSTRACT
Migraine is the most common headache disorder for which patients attend medical settings. As per the International Classification of Headache Disorders 3 criteria (IHCD-3), headache is characterized as primary or secondary and migraine is defined as a recurrent primary headache disorder that can present with or without Aura. It would last for 4-72 hours and can be precipitated by factors like a change in posture or while doing physical activities. It is associated with features such as sensitivity to light, sound, or movement, nausea and vomiting.[1]
