ABSTRACT

The study endeavours to recognize and grade technology transfer in Indian Pharmaceutical Industries that how new medicinal products are developed as a challenging aspects for commercialization in pharmaceutical field through technology transfer. The article attempts to discuss about the technology transfer process, steps and facts involved in technology transfer, reasons for using technology transfer, importance of technology transfer, factors influencing technology transfer, and the issues involved in the technology transfer in the pharmaceutical industry with technology transfer team and documentation. The success of any particular technology transfer depends upon plan, persons and process understanding or the ability to predict accurately the future performance of a process, that endure large-scale operation in successful technology transfer.
