ABSTRACT Granulosa tumors are rare tumors of the ovary, belonging to the group of tumors of the stroma and sex cords. They are developed from granulomatous and thecal cells and subdivided into adult (95%) and juvenile tumors, they are also most often estrogen-secreting, causing clinical signs that vary with age: precocious puberty, menstrual irregularity and bleeding.
