ABSTRACT Mayer-Rokitansky-kuster-Hauser syndrome or Mullerian aplasia, or uterovaginal aplasia is a rare congenital condition characterized by the absence of a uterus and at least the upper two-thirds of the vagina, a female phenotype and a karyotype 46 XX.
