Abstract

A CASE REPORT OF DEPRESSION

ABSTRACT

We presented a case of A 26 year old unmarried male has presented with complaints of low mood, anhedonia, decreased energy and easy fatigability, depressive cognitions, changes in sleep, appetite and fleeting ideas of self harm. There is no past history or family history of medical or psychiatric illness. Patient has started smoking after the emergence of the presenting mood symptoms in an apparent attempt of self medication.
