Obesity has been described as one of the most neglected public health problems, affecting both developed and developing countries.[1] It isn't just a cosmetic concern but a medical condition that increases the risk of other diseases and health issues, such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and certain cancers.[2-3]
