TREATMENT OF IDIOPATHIC THROMBOCYTOPENIA RESULTING INTO TOXIC EPIDERMAL NECROLYSIS (TEN): A CASE-REPORT

ABSTRACT

SJS/TEN are considered a spectrum of life threatening adverse drug reactions. A 7 years old boy on treatment for ITP with dapsone develops an adverse reaction against it and was further treated for TEN with full recovery.
