ABSTRACT

We here report the case of a 30-year-old second gesture having already given birth 5 years ago for exceeding the term, of a child currently 5 years old, this pregnancy was followed by a medical specialist with five prenatal consultations without anomalies, patient presenting at 35 weeks of amenorrhea in a typical clinical state of retroplacental hematoma complicated by intrauterine fetal death.
