A REVIEW ON METHOD DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION OF SIMULTANIOUS ESTIMATION OF SILDENAFIL CITRATE AND DAPOXETINE HYDROCHLORIDE IN TABLET DOSAGE FORM

ABSTRACT

Sildenafil Citrate and Dapoxetine Hydrochloride is used in combination to prevent and treatment of male sexual dysfunction. It is available in market as tablet dosage form. There are many analytical methods available such as RP-HPLC, HPLC, UV-Spectrophotometric for Sildenafil Citrate and Dapoxetine Hydrochloride individually and in combination. But very few methods are available for RP-HPLC on this combination. Hence there are scope to develop RP-HPLC by Simultanious estimation for - Sildenafil Citrate and Dapoxetine Hydrochloride in combine dosage form.
