PROBLEMS BEING FACED BY FRONTLINE WORKER’S FAMILIES DURING COVID-19

ABSTRACT

After going through existing literature related to this area, most of them mentioned about mental illness, psychological impact, shortage of PPE, mask etc among frontline workers during this pandemic times. However, none of the study mentioned about psychological impact among families of frontline warriors of COVID. How families of health care workers meet to them after long hour of duties & shifts? What about their children who all are waiting daily for them to get back home from work. Fear among frontline workers not getting infections to themselves alone which most of studies mentioned. However, none of study discuss about fear for not taking infection at home from workplace. So, through this article ill try to spotlight about families of frontline warriors facing problem during this pandemic.
