Despite its relevance for both intra & inter species transmission of hantavirus in nature remains limited. It’s spread in humans is common, & to understand it’s working & transmission in reservoir host population is important for efforts to reduce human diseases. Some experiments are done on laboratory rodents for deriving virus effect & it’s effect. It shows similar organ infection sites in non-rodent’s transmission routes as in rodents, but it requires direct assessment. Keywords: Hantavirus, Epidemiology, Treatment, Review.
