ABSTRACT

Corona viruses square measure a family of viruses noted for holding strains that cause doubtless deadly diseases in mammals and birds. Corona virus, any virus belonging to the family Coronaviridae. Corona viruses have engulfed virions (virus particles) that live around a 120 nm (1 nm = 10−9 metre) in diameter. Club-shaped conjugated protein spikes within the envelope provide the viruses a crown like, or coronal, appearance. Corona viruses square measure named for the crown-like spikes on their surface. Cold or flu-like symptoms sometimes set in from two to four days once corona virus infection and that they are usually gentle. In most cases of ending infection, diagnosing of corona viruses is not sensible, because the unwellness can naturally run its course. Since 31 December 2019 and as of 12 February 2020, 45 179 laboratory-confirmed cases of SARS-CoV-2 infection have been reported, including 1115 deaths.
