ABSTRACT

Some of the most common drug-related problems are stop taking medications or incorrectly take them either intentionally or unintentionally. This can be described by the term “non-compliance” or “non-adherence. The aim of this study is to differentiate the terms compliance, adherence and concordance in order to show their influence on the public health from social and pharmacoeconomic point of view.
