Wound after elective surgery for conditions like fissure, harmorhoids and fistula near perianal region is difficult to heal due to closed space, continue spasm in anal sphincter at site, unable to watch the progress or complications, difficult in applying local application to cover exact place, hence supportive medication from oral route helps for faster the wound healing. Participants who were undergone for an elective surgery for Fissure, haemorrhoids and all kinds of fistula. This Study is being conducted to see the effectiveness of curcumin rich tablet for overall recovery post-surgery for fissure with skin tag, grade 2 & 3 haemorrhoids with thrombosed tags and all kinds of fistula. With all ethical procedure study conducted. Effectiveness of (turmocin plus) curcumin rich tablet after add on to standard care of treatment were analysed by means pain, wound healing and overall faster recovery post-surgery. Wound healing of each participant were analysed using Bates-Jensen Wound Assessment Tool (BJWAT). Faster recovery and pain was analysed using Quality of Recovery Questionnaire (QoR-15) post-surgery. We observed there is significantly difference between BJWAT initial score and after 4th visit score with P value<0.001 in all three Groups. QoR Questionnaire score found significantly less at 2nd visit in all three groups.
