Abstract

METHOD DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION FOR MELOXICAM AND IBUPROFEN IN COMBINE PHARMACEUTICAL DOSAGE FORMS BY RP – HPLC

ABSTRACT

A new method was established for simultaneous estimation of a Meloxicam and Ibuprofen by RP-HPLC method. The chromatographic conditions were successfully developed for the separation of Meloxicam and Ibuprofen by using: - Inertsil -ODS C18(250 x 4.6 mm, 5μ), - flow is 1.0 ml/min. - mobile phase ratio was Water and Acetonitrile (80:20). - detection wave length was 220 nm.
