Abstract

METHOD DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION FOR TAZOBACTAM AND PIPERACILLIN IN COMBINE PHARMACEUTICAL DOSAGE FORMS BY RP-HPLC

ABSTRACT

A new method was established for simultaneous estimation of a Tazobactamand Piperacillin by RP-HPLC method. The chromatographic conditions were successfully developed for the separation of Tazobactamand Piperacillin by using Inertsil -ODS C18 (250 x 4.6 mm, 5μ), flow is 1.0 ml/min, mobile phase ratio was Methanol: Buffer (80:20), detection wave length was 225 nm.
