ABSTRACT
A novel spectrophotometric method for the estimation of Edoxaban Tosylate in bulk and pharmaceutical dosage form. The detection was carried out at 293 nm with distilled water was selected as a solvent for the analysis of Edoxaban tosylate. The beers law was obeyed in the concentration range of 6-26 μg/ml with correlation coefficient 0.998. The method has been validated according to ICH guidelines for linearity, accuracy, precision, LOD and LOQ. The method was found to be specific accurate, precise and sensitive. The values of LOD and LOQ of the proposed method were found to be 0.0145 μg/ml and 0.044 μg/ml, respectively. The developed method was good linearity, rapid for the estimation of Edoxaban Tosylate in bulk and its pharmaceutical formulations. Thus, it can be utilised for the routine
analysis.
