ABSTRACT

Background of the study: Panchamahabhuta Siddhanta is a universally accepted theory (Sarvatantra Siddhanta). It is the scientific platform through which pathology of disease, mode of action of medicine as well as explanation of Pathyapathya are based. The internal & external universe is the end result of our multiplication i,e EKOHAM BAHUSYAMA. Abnormalcy in the permutation and combination of Panchabhautic composition for this same purpose of multiplication represents the disease condition. The apparent internal & external universe continues their abnormalcy, which need an intervention of Panchabhautic Dravya. Aim- 1.To explore the Panchamahabhuta Siddhanta. 2. Bringing the concept from Library to Laboratory. Methods & Methodology: A Pilot study was designed under the institution Gomantak Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya & Research Centre, Shiroda Goa. Observing the disease prevalence 30 volunteers of Pandu patients were randomly selected from the OPD of Kamakshi Arogyadham Hospital and applied with GA Tablets for the duration of 3 months. आततवऺय, अस्थथऺय, अजीणत, अऩच, श्वास are very common symptoms of pandu has consider for the above study. Each sign was scored for a comparison of before and after treatment. GA-tablet i.e आमऱकीचुणत and शुद्धगैररक in ratio 2:1 were taken and made into pills. Two tablets [500mg each] twice a day was given; during अऩानकाऱ along with उष्णोदक as अनुऩान. The result after intervention of this panchabhautik GA formulation has treated as a base for Panchamahabhuta Siddhanta applicability. Result: - 60% result was obtained in this study. Conclusion:-गैररक being ऩार्थतवद्र्व्य helps to increase the घनता and दृ्ढता of माांसधातु. Due to दोषअनुऱोमन it ignites the अस्नन and henceforth धातुऩोषण is corrected. Panchbhutikatva of GA tablet is analyzed in the patho-physiology of deranged Raktadhatu in pandu. Further details will be explained in full paper.
