Abstract

STUDY OF PHYSICO-CHEMICAL PARAMETERS OF PARDESWADI LAKE WALUJ MIDC AURANGABAD, (M.S.) INDIA.

ABSTRACT

Water is one of the most important and essential compound of life. Water is called as liquid of life but now a days it is getting polluted due to different human activities which creates various problem in the water ecosystem. The present study was carried out to asses the quality of water in the Pardeswadi lake Waluj M.I.D.C Aurangabad(M. S.) India. The study of the quality of water by evaluating physico-chemical parameters for one year during Feb 2015 to Jan 2016. The lake water samples were collected and analysed various physico-chemical parameters. The study was conducted for different parameters like colour, water temperature turbidity, potassium, TS, TSS, TDS, PH, alkalinity, phosphates, sulphates, ammonia, etc.
