The results of the study showed that from 41 respondents, most of the respondents had poor knowledge, namely 22 respondents (53.7%). The results oftest Chi-square value p = 0.003 <α = 0.005. Most of the respondents were positive in their attitude as many as 21 respondents (51.2%). The results oftest Chi-square value p = 0.002 <α = 0.005. The conclusion is the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of fertile age women (WUS) with an examination of Visual Acetic Acid (IVA) inspection at the Kawatuna Health Center.
