Abstract

STUDY THE CARBOHYDRATE COMPLEX OF HERBAL TEA "TRIBULEPIL"

ABSTRACT

There have been studied the carbohydrate complex herbal tea "Tribulepil", which turns off alcohol-soluble sugars, water-soluble polysaccharides, pectin substances and hemicelluloses. There were also studied IR spectra of isolated polysaccharides. It has been shown that water-soluble polysaccharides are highly esterified.
