Sirtuin plays important role in renoprotection, SIRT-1 is key when activated by drugs like Resveratrol, Roflumilast, Grape seed, Panax ginseng, Glycyrrhizic acid provided renal protection in diabetic model. SIRT-1 activators having potential to treat Diabetes Nephropathy.
