Keep in mind above concept of micro organisms, isolation of micro organism and to know antimicrobial effect of Nagaradi Kwatha by sensitivity test has been carried out for pilot study on gingivitis with the available facilities in the institute. 6 patients were selected for culture test and Nagaradi kwatha was selected for sensitivity test.
