Abstract

EVALUATION OF QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITY OF SOME PYRAZOLINES.

ABSTRACT

Three different pyrazolines have been synthesized from chalcones. The qualitative and quantitative evaluation of antioxidant activity was elucidated. All fractions showed moderate to good antioxidant activity assay for DPPH. IC50 values of three fractions have also been reported in the study.
