CLINICAL DATA ANALYSIS OF VITAMIN D AND FERRITIN IN DIFFERENT AGE GROUP PEOPLE IN SOUTH INDIAN POPULATION

ABSTRACT

The present study was aimed to investigate the level of vitamin D and ferritin in different age group. The sample collected in all the subjected and the sample tested Immuno fluorometric methods. Ferritin assay is a two-site sandwich immunoassay using direct chemiluminometric technology. The vitamin D and Ferritin are statistically analyzed with ANOVA. The level of vitamin D and ferritin are compared and formed a graphical explanation. The vitamin D level is less for all the age group people in the both group people and the ferritin in sufficient in the male subjects but female subjects are less the all other subjects in the same age group subjects.
