ABSTRACT
Consumption of fish, fish oil and lipids can be beneficial for the heart system because of the effect of omega fatty acids. There are evidences from controlled trials from the recent years about that. That is why the aim of this study is to make a documental review and to assess the evidences for the effect of omega fatty acids on the human health and particularly on the heart system.
