ABSTRACT

The postpartum phase is essential, involving significant physical, emotional and psychological transitions as the body recuperates after childbirth. Commonly known in the fourth trimester, this period involves profound changes as the body undergoes healing and adapts to the demands of motherhood. Postpartum healing herbs have been used for centuries to support recovery after the birth of a child. Herbal medicines are gaining popularity due to their natural origin and safety compared to pharmaceutical medicines.
