ABSTRACT

This review explores the fundamental concept and clinical applications of this treatment, highlighting latest process findings or clinical evidence. It also addresses the limitations and possible negative responses caused by the treatment, including its high cost, risk of neurotoxicity, and cytokine release syndrome. to make it applicable in treating solid tumors success in managing hematologic cancers, ongoing studies are necessary to enhance its safety and effectiveness and aimed at applying it to solid tumor treatment. Continued advancement in This technology holds the promise to alter cancer management, improve recipient survival. Traditional cancer treatments—including radiation, chemotherapy, and surgery—have remained central to therapy, yet many cancers continue to have poor prognoses despite these conventional approaches.
