COMPHRENSIVE REVIEW ON GANGRENE

ABSTRACT Gangrene is a life-threatening disease that poses a significant risk of morbidity and mortality. It is challenging to cure and is broadly classified as dry and wet. For many years, gangrene has been diagnosed due to various factors such as diabetes mellitus, peripheral artery disease, poor blood supply, and infection. Treatment often includes insulin and antibiotics, which are effective to some extent. This review highlights gangrene and demonstrates the most effective treatment approaches, focusing on personalized medicine for individuals based on their health condition. These treatment strategies aim to achieve remarkable progress and better outcomes.
