Our study shows that for 120 patients, the treatment regimen was Antiplatelet drug [Aspirin] was given for 111 patients, Atorvastatin was given for 114 patients, Clopidogrel for 87 patients. In patients with acute ischemic stroke and AF, treatment with NOACs was associated with 3% combined rate for ischemic embolic recurrence and severe bleeding within 90 days. So choice of agent in patient’s acute stroke and AF was warrantied.
