A REVIEW ON ECTOPIC PREGNANCY

ABSTRACT Ectopic pregnancy is a life threating gynecological emergency and major cause of meternal mortality and morbidity all over the world. All identified risk factors are meternal pelvic inflammatory disease, chlymedia trachomatis infection, smoking, tubal surgery induced conception cycle and endometrosis. An ectopic pregnancy occurs when fetal tissue implants outside the uterus or attaches to an abnormal or scarred portion uterus. This activity will review about etiology of ectopic pregnancy and its epidermology, evaluation and about differential diagnosis, complications, treatment and progonosis and management of ectopic pregnancy.
